In February, I captured content for several rental properties while on 30A (near Panama City Beach, Florida) and had a HUGE response.
We had recently swapped photos of our @Haven30A taken by our property manager, with my photos — and generated 7 new bookings in 2 weeks. I’m not saying this is directly from the photos but rather a way to make your property stand out from the rest & a reminder to us on how photos really do impact the booking process and help attract the right audience. Shooting from an interior design perspective, incorporates vignettes to draw in the guest. Many clients not only use the images for their listings, but for socials as well.
