DAY 4 – One Year of SBF Streaming & 4 DVDs!
Suzanne Bowen Fitness streaming is the ONLY workout routine I have been able to maintain while having a business & a young family. In her instruction, Suzanne is clear, positive, challenging & oh so encouraging. Working out to used to be a chore, but with Suzanne’s training, I now workout with friends weekly as we stream her videos together or conveniently in my own home. These workouts are a part of my routine & something I truly look forward to. I don’t know how she does, but it seems she knows exactly when to say “Relax your face” right when I need it most 😉 I adore this woman & I am SO thankful for SBF!
