What a gorgeous April wedding! Karla & Geoff were married at Grassland Heights Baptist Church with Reception at Vanderbilt Legends Club. I have photographed at the Legends Club before and the location and staff were phenomenal. The purple and green wedding colors were carried throughout the wedding details and Karla seemed to have thought of everything! Some of the fabulous details included personalized dress hangers, monogrammed drink stirrers, all purple candy bar, heart shaped sparklers, “I Do” stickers on her bridal shoes, with many more… but my all time favorite was the stunning vintage car for their exit! The day of Karla & Geoff’s wedding, was also the 50th anniversary of Karla’s grandparents. A special 50th anniversary cake was placed next to the wedding cake and her grandparents shared a sweet dance together celebrating their special day. But to top it all off… a special song request was made by several guests and the DJ blasted the song “Red Solo Cup” by Toby Keith while the wedding guests all pulled out hidden red solo cups and serenaded the surprised bride & groom.
