What a beautiful January wedding!!  Kelly & Matt are a precious couple & their wedding details were so perfect.  The deep purple bouquets & boutonnieres created by Vintage Florals were so dramatically breath taking!  The cake crafted by the very talented Flour Shop Bakery & the elegant wedding colors of silver and royal purple, were wrapped up in the beautiful Brentwood restaurant and wedding reception venue, Mere Bulles!  With unseasonably warm temperatures in Nashville this January, we were actually able to take most of Kelly & Matt’s wedding portrait photos outside! YAY!  It was an sweet day for two amazing people, joining together two lovely families.  Congrats Kelly & Matt!  Hope these photos will help you remember your perfect day for years to come :)

Moms with Cameras Workshop, January 2012 – Franklin, TN

Our very first Mom’s With Cameras Workshop was a HUGE success!  We had 14 eager participants and covered a variety of Photography Tips in the areas of Creative & Technical.  Thanks below to our sponsoring vendors Love & Burlap, Mimi & Me and Ice This!  Below are a few photos from the night.  Check out the goodie bags & spool photo holders made by Love & Burlap.  The tile photo kit, custom camera straps & coffee sleeves by Mimi & Me.  The oh-so-gowey-goodness of cupcakes & chocolate deserts by Ice This.  It was a great event and we can’t wait to host our next workshop.  Scroll to the bottom for our next workshop announcement!!

Bride’s Choice Award 2012!

Abbey & Sibs New Year’s Day Wedding – McConnell House, Franklin, TN

January 19, 2012

Happy New Year!!  Abbey & Sib were married on New Year’s Day at the McConnell House in Historic Downtown Franklin, TN.  This venue – was once a Franklin jail – has been completely transformed into an epic event space and with exposed brick, detailed iron work, and rich hard woods – setting the perfect backdrop for their wedding ceremony & reception!

Abbey has piercing blue eyes…and NO I did not saturate the photos…they are THAT blue!  The accents of blue roses (Abbey’s favorite) provided by Beth’s Bouquet’s and the borrowing of a white Ford Bronco (another Abbey favorite), made this day an absolute fairy tale for this bride.  But to complete her fairy tale was her groom, Sib… the ultimate gentleman and one who completely adores her!

What a better way to ring in the New Year than to celebrate Abbey’s parent’s 30th Anniversary & create she and Sib’s own special day which they will forever share.  Congrats you guys!! Be sure to leave a comment below & show them some love :)
