The Blackburn’s are our next door neighbors…and we couldn’t ask for anyone better!! These kiddos – Ellery, Liam & Charlotte – have become best buds with my son Cohen. Ellery & Charlotte have been fashion trend setters for our daughter Kinzie. They are always stylin’ & have already loaned us outfits…I need all the help I can get! Liam has such a sweet heart & Cohen already looks up to him. I am so honored to be able to take photos of them (even though their mommy is an amazing photographer!). I’m looking forward to all the shenanigans we’ll have with these Blackburns for years to come!

My previous post tells you a bit of my history with the Irvin family…And what a precious family they are! I hope you enjoy some of Ryan’s 2-Year Portraits taken at the Factory in Franklin, TN. Who can resist those curly blonde locks! Merry Christmas Irvin Family!

I have photographed Aubrey’s brother, Ryan, since he was a newborn and now that Aubrey is here I now have two little blue eyed models that give me so many great photos I’m just giddy! Several years ago, we did Ryan’s 6-month portraits in his nursery at their house, so it worked out perfectly this year on a rainy Monday to shoot Aubrey’s 6 month portraits in her pretty pink nursery. We also managed to work Ryan in to a few photos around the Christmas tree & the results are priceless!

Rikki & Matt were married at The Hermitage Chapel and celebrated their Reception at Tulip Grove Mansion at The Hermitage in Hermitage, TN. The Peacock themed wedding and colorful handcrafted details were exquisite! I have known Rikki & her sister, Heather, for years and her parents used to be my Sunday School teachers
So needless to say, this wedding was extra special to me.
Rikki has excellent style and her choices in flowers, peacock feathers, purple and green colors in combination with The Hermitage made for some great wedding photos! At tonight’s wedding preview party, I learned that the reception mason jar vases were taken from and idea off of Pinterest. The letters on the mason jars were written with hot glue, then the mason jars were spray painted with green & purple for an oh-so-fun affect! One thing is for sure, Matt and Rikki are deeply in love & it’s infectious. I know they will have many, many years of wedding bliss
Congratulations Matt & Rikki!
