The perfect April day, with the perfect details, for the perfect couple. Taylor & Katelyn were married in South Georgia at a rustic outdoor ceremony in the woods that seemed out of a fairy tale. Original church pews faced the alter (or large tree) where they carved their initial “D” after taking their vows as husband & wife. Large spindles draped in burlap were used as bistro tables for everyone’s favorite, the Trail Mix Bar. Hay bails created lounge areas around the dance floor. Patches of fabric were signed with well wishes by the guests to later be made into a quilt. Bird seed was thrown for their exit under a garland of magnolia leaves. Katelyn had bracelets created for herself, mom, & sister with her parent’s wedding date on a charm, which they all wore for the wedding. There were so many people involved in creating this dream of a wedding… that only gives testimony to how amazing Katelyn & Taylor are. I LOVE these two dearly and we are thrilled beyond words to welcome Katelyn into our family AND to Nashville. Can’t wait to build more memories with them close by. Love you guys!
P.S. Don’t miss their “road kill” exit
